I've been doing this job for well over twenty years now and, having worked on hundreds of jobs in almost 40 countries with a huge number of talented people, always enjoy the fact that every project is a new constellation, each with it's own particular set of challenges. Bringing a production to a timely conclusion while keeping it safe and respectful, as well as on budget, while giving the director(s) the room to achieve their vision, is really satisfying, and is why I love what I do.

Despite English being the lingua franca in our industry, I’ve found that speaking 4 languages fluently (English, German, Spanish, French) is a big help in navigating the subtle cultural differences , melting away barriers, and above all keeping things clear on set.
